Having finished the booking process and accepted the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the User will be transferred to the CES certified virtual payment platform belonging to the financial institution CaixaBank. MTS will, at no time, have access to your credit or debit card number, nor any other bank details.

Should the User take part in any contest or promotion, MTS will ask for his/her name, mailing address and email address in order to organize the contest or promotion and in order to inform the winner or winners.
