How can I pay for my booking?

You can choose the payment after completing the form. You can choose one of this three methods: immediately card payment when you book, cash payment or card payment to the driver after the transfer.

Do I have to share the vehicle?

No, all our transfers are private and for exclusive use to you or your group.

Are the prices shown per person or per group?

All prices are per vehicle, as that price can travel as passengers as the vehicle is able to; In the case of choosing a taxi, 4 people. If you have chosen a Minivan, 8.

Does the credit card payment include any commission?

No, it is a closed and final price. We never charge any additional cost to those advised at the time of booking.

I can´t find the final destination from the given options.

We try to have all possible destinations in our data base, although some due to low demand or being too far are not registered, if this is the case, contact us and we will quote the transfer.

Is the card payment through the web reliable?

Systems include the latest technologies that relies on security. Your own entity and ?Redsys? will be responsible for processing the information; the final purchasing process is completed by the bank servers. Málaga Taxi Services never retain or gain any bank card detail.

What is the security on privacy of my personal data?

Málaga Taxi Services keep the user details to provide a better service, send bills or make the transfer easier. These user details will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will never be given to any third parties in any case. Bank card details are not retained nor visable in our servers

Why is Málaga Taxi Services cheaper than others?

At Málaga Taxi Services, we don´t spare any staff, security and vehicle maintenance cost. We can keep a very competitive price thanks to the absence of intermediaries. You deal directly with the company that provides you the service.

I need the transfer for today or less than 24 hours. Can I book?

We cannot guarantee the vehicle availability. Contact us and we will endeavor to provide you the service.

Where is the collection point to meet the driver?

You will find this on your booking confirmation, if your transfer is from the airport, port or train station. If you have a preferred collection point, you can select this on the booking form.

Can the vehicle stop during the journey

Our journeys are direct, the route will not include a stopover or break, except for reasons of force or an unconventional further transfer.

How much luggage is allowed per person?

The luggage allowed per person is a large suitcase. If four people are travelling in a taxi, your luggage cannot exceed 3 big suitcases. If you are taking extra luggage, as golf clubs, please make us aware. We will always recommend the proper vehicle depending on the number of passengers and amounts of luggage.

Can I travel with children or babies?

At the time of booking, you can advise use of the need for a baby chair or booster seat. We will set it up in the taxi or minivan for your commodity no extra cost.

Is smoking permitted in the taxi?

It´s completely forbidden to smoke in public vehicles and private transfers.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Málaga Taxi Services offers you an extranet to manage your booking. Through this private area, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the journey time.
